In addition to our physical gym in Newcastle, we also provide free, online, adapted fitness programs for our followers from all over the world. Our programs consist of a combination of pre-recorded videos and Facebook live sessions. Our programs provide great variety to help keep you fit and engaged while having fun. All of our sessions are wheelchair based, around 30 minutes in length and can almost all be done without previous experience and needing only very basic/cheap equipment. Sessions that do require specialist equipment usually offer an alternate equipment-free exercise so everybody can get involved.
We encourage you to follow along and complete as many workouts as you feel comfortable with, building up over time. Here at Gym Possible we are big fans of goal setting so recommend that you set yourself a SMART goal to help you stay motivated throughout the program.
